Collective Mac Haul!

Hey y'all!
I've been wanting to do this video for a while, because I've been excited about doing the blog post. I miss doing blog posts! So here's the swatches!

Bottom Row, Left to Right: Shroom e/s, Exquisite Ego mineralized e/s (highlight section), Exquisite Ego mineralized e/s (copper section), Deliciously Rich fluidline, Black Track fluidline.

Top Row, Left to Right: Carbon e/s,  Extra Dimension e/s in Sweet Heat.

Carbon eyeshadow: Matte black color; can be chalky, and does crease if used on the lid w/out a base, but it's great for the crease, outer-v, and lashline. The pan version is $10, and the pot version is $15 on the Mac website.
Extra Dimension e/s in Sweet Heat: Pale gold color; very shimmery, but not sparkly. It's not a yellow gold like Mac's Goldmine e/s, and it's not bronzy like Woodwinked e/s, but the texture is similar to Woodwinked. It doesn't crease or have fall out. I like to use it on the lid and the lower lashline. Temptalia says it's a warm peach, frost metallic, but I think it has more gold undertones than peach. At least on my skin. It's $19.50 on the Mac website.
Shroom e/s: Light cream color with a satin sheen. Mac calls this shadow a soft beige with shimmer. This shadow is excellent for highlighting the inner corner and the browbone.  Some people use this color on the lid for retro pinup looks. This was one of my first Mac eyeshadows, and is definitely one of my favorites.  The pan version is $10, and the pot version is $15 on the Mac website
Exquisite Ego mineralized e/s: This shadow was from the 2014 holiday collection, Divine Night.  It has two colors: a light skintoned highlight color with a satin sheen, and a copper color with lot of shimmer. Unfortunately, this was limited edition, and you can't get it anymore, but you  might be able to find it at CCO locations. I use the copper color on the lid, crease, or lower lashline, and the light skintone color as a highlight.
Deliciously Rich fluidline: This fluidline was also from the Divine Night 2014 holiday collection, and is not available anymore. It's a taupe shimmerly liner, with gold glitter (the glitter is not chunky). I like to use this liner either as a natural liner on the upper lashline, as an eyeshadow base, or on the lower lashline for smokey looks. Mac describes this liner as a shimmering dirty taupe, and it is repromoted from the Indulge collection from summer 2013. It was $16.
Black Track fluidline: This fluid line is amazing! I can't believe I've never tried it before now. It glides on smoothly, and is very black. It won't rub off, or crease. I also haven't had a problem with it transferring before it dries. It's better than the drugstore cream/gel liners I've tried. Most cream/gel liners burn my eyes/lids, but this one doesn't. Mac describes it as solid flat black; it is $16 on the Mac website.

I used most of the products from this video for my makeup, and I also filmed a tutorial that I'll post at the end of this blog post.

I used Exquisite Ego (copper) on the lid, Exquisite Ego (skintone) as highlight, Sweet Heat on the lower lashline (applied with the 213 small fluff brush shown in the video), and Blacktrack Fluidline on the upper lashline.

Here's the products!
Left to Right
Top Row: Carbon e/s, Sweet Heat extra dimension e/s, 213 small fluff brush
Bottom Row: Shroom e/s, Exquisite Ego mineralized e/s, Deliciously Rich fluidline, Blacktrack fluidline

Finally, here's the makeup bag from the Mac Illustrated 2013 collection.  The artist's name is Anja Kroencke. I really like it, but my family kind of thought it was creepy. The bag was $36.

That's it! I hope y'all enjoyed! I'm going to add the tutorial for this look as soon as it's edited and uploaded.
Let me know what you thought of this post.
I'll talk to y'all soon! Love y'all!

Natural Bronze Summer Makeup Look

Hey Y'all!
It has been FOREVER since I posted anything here. I've miss this!I've miss y'all! So for my "reestablishing" post, let's start of with a tutorial. You can watch my video below:

This look has been requested SOOO many times. Y'all have asked me on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. I've gotten comments and complements from friends and family. This is a really quick and easy look, that is very natural, bronzy, and perfect for summer. The key to this look is natural/taupey eyeshadow, contoring brozer, and a "skin toned" shimmery highlighter. This is a NO EYELINER look, so be sure to use a lengthening and volumizing mascara.
The "Key Ingredients"
In the video I'm wearing the L'Oreal Magic Nude Liquid to Powder foundation, but I needed more coverage the day I took these photos, so I'm wearing the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation.
